NHS West Sussex Talking Therapies

NHS West Sussex Talking Therapies are a service set up to offer talking therapies to people who need help with stress, worry, anxiety, depression, phobias, social anxiety, OCD, post-traumatic stress disorders, health anxiety, low self esteem or low confidence, relationship difficulties and bereavements or reactions to loss.

They are a team of trained psychological therapists who offer a range of talking therapies and will work with you to decide which one may be of the best  

How can I access the service?

Patients are able to self-refer to NHS West Sussex Talking Therapies - either by phone on 01403 620434 or you can complete an online self-referral form which is available.

Physiotherapy/Musculoskeletal Self-Referral

If you are suffering from a condition that affects your muscles, joints, or bones, you can now self-refer into NHS MSK (musculoskeletal) services. These include Physiotherapy and Specialist clinics.

Please refer yourself by clicking here to access the referral form or alternatively pick up a paper form from the surgery reception.
